Don't watch the clock
Dear Friends,
As time passes you reflect on the days past. But this is often not helpful. Looking back does not always bring insight, the ego can taint your view. Being in the now can help, though this to can be judgmental and stop flow. Life moves forward at its own pace.
Flow has no time to it. It simply is. The Soul unfolds life as required, it does not clock watch. Your Soul is eternal so worries not about today or tomorrow. It concerns itself only with movement and growth.
This is why we speak of being present as this is timeless and resonates with your Soul. Be present, aware, engaged with life and your actions, this enhances life and allows flow.
Measure your life less and live it more.
