Everything is changing at the moment; the world is a chaotic place. This creates destabilising energy that you can get caught up in. Though change is a necessary part of life and gives way to great learning, it can also be overwhelming.
Today, Master Chou will talk about how to deal with change. He will examine how to focus on what is essential for you and how to step out of the chaos created by others and move on your path. Master Chou will look at what is happening in the world and put it into context with what is going on for you.
