Forgiveness can feel like such a tall order. It feels unfair. But unfair to who? If we do not forgive, then it is unfair to ourselves. We are the ones doing the suffering. We are caught in our own pain. Not the person who has hurt us.
Forgiveness is a big thing to ask of oneself. It is a potent thing; it is a powerful healer. It is the key that finally unlocks the weight we are carrying. That frees us from any chains binding us to a trauma or an incident, or a person. Carried out slowly and with patience, the results are permanent and truthful and fully embodied.
This talk by Master Chou and the Oracle walks you through the healing journey, step by step, into the power of forgiveness. It addresses the lifetime lessons of personal responsibility, self-love and non-judgement as we learn to see and recognise our wounds, accept our wounds, and forgive our wounds. And as we find forgiveness within ourselves, we start a ripple that creates a chance for forgiveness within the greater scheme of things.
