Trance Mediumship: Going Deeper - In-Person Workshop
Channelling and Trance Mediumship has many levels, purposes and applications - speaking, writing, healing and so on. Moreover, there are many types and vibrations of Spirit who wish to communicate through this form of mediumship. But it all begins with you.
This workshop will focus on you - your energy system, your preparation, entering the altered state and who you connect to in Spirit. Sarah will work with the group and you individually:
- To improve your connection to Spirit (understanding who you are blending with)
- Enhance your energy (looking at the structure and any blocks)
- Deepen your level of altered state
- Understanding how your ego, mind and expectations get in the way and how to deal with them
