Excerise to help calm your aura

Calming your aura

The Aura is so underrated and misunderstood, it really is a marvel. It is linked to our well-being and reflects and mirrors our mental, emotional and physical state. When you are working on yourself, often that is focused on your emotions or thoughts or both. However, your Aura is intrinsically connected to both of those and needs work too.

There is a lot of teaching about chakras but less specifically about the Aura, which is a shame. Many of you, have probably done some visualisations designed to clean or balance your Chakras - but what about your Aura? Dont overlook it.

The world is very chaotic at the moment and that can lead to feelings of anxiety or overwhelm. Your Aura will be reacting to those feelings, which can lead to over sensitivity. The Aura will then over react to what is around (people, places e.t.c).

If you are feeling too sensitive try this exercise:

Sit quietly, somewhere you feel safe and wont be disturbed and close your eyes.

Image a ball of dark blue energy in front of you (about the size of a football).

Breathe deeply, watch the ball expands in size with each breathe until it surrounds you.

As you sit in the dark blue Sphere let the energy soothe and calm your Aura, Chakras and Body.

Slowly the sphere will change colour from dark blue to sky blue, as you become more relaxed and peaceful.

Keep breathing deeply.

When you are ready let the sphere go. See it rising up, away from you, returning to Spirit.

Leaving you feeling calm and refreshed.

Open your eyes, have a stretch and enjoy the rest of your day.

Allow 10 minutes
