Being healthy is a fine balance between the parts that make up your whole being.
- Your body - the physical vessel you walk in that experiences the world around you.
- Your Soul - the Spirit fragment that is having a physical experience.
- Your energy - the many layers and parts that interconnect your Soul to your body and
both worlds (physical & spiritual).
- Your mind - the conscious thinking, reasoning and reflecting of the life you are living.
- Your emotions - a powerful learning tool for the Soul.
These elements need to be in harmony with each other and following the path of learning the Soul is here for. As that harmony is altered, shaken or lost the elements can become unhealthy and disharmonious causing stress, blockages, illness or disruption to your life. No matter which part of you the disturbance starts in, it will always end up being shown or felt in the body causing dis-ease. Recognising that this dis-ease has a cause somewhere else, in another one of elements is key to rebalancing yourself.
Be mindful that some illness is predetermined and is part of your life's journey. These will usually be clearly defined issues. Illness that seemingly has no medical cause can often be lead back to an imbalance in one of the other elements. Knowing yourself as a multi-layered being is key to understanding your own well-being. Seeing that you are more than just any one of these elements allows you to balance the whole.
Moreover, all these elements need nurturing and caring for - no one more than another. This is the balance many of you have lost; focusing too much on one element and not the whole. Remember cause and effect, for every action, there is an equal reaction - your being is no different. Focus too hard on one part of yourself and another may get out of balance.
To be healthy treat yourself more holistically - admire your whole and start to see how these elements interconnect, through that exploration you can find the path back to harmony and being healthy.
