Journey Within: Embracing your Soul's guidance

Take note of how you feel, the breath catching in your chest, the beat of the heart's valuepounding out the rhythmof your life. What for? Why? Always asking and never trusting or allowing. You are here does it matter why?

If you do not appreciate the fact you are here, physically engage with that, then the why is irrelevant. The 'why' keeps you locked in your mind and out of your body. If you are not in your body, how can you respond to the guidance of your Soul?

Be here first. Wonder later. As you embrace the physical life and the grounded earthiness of human existence, your Soul can begin to unravel the rich tapestry of life learning.

The many-layered and colourful journey that it will take. The many rich and rewarding encounters. It is your body having the experience. From which your Soul will draw the learning.

You worship at many temples, overlooking the one that is more precious - your body. Honour and respect it. Observe and enjoy it. The Soul will relish every moment. The reality of life unfolds through the Soul's design and manifests itself in the physical world. Have faith in that. Stop interfering.

So many of you seek connection to us or beyond, knowing that something is missing in your life. Truth is the missing part is your Soul connection. That is where your answers lie. That is what you are here for. That is the guiding light behind the why.

Seek within, not without. Without will always be a poor imitation of what is possible and what is within. Be not afraid to look within. The ego-self will seek to control, but its voice is clear and limited. Your Soul-voice is eternally patient and supportive.

The Soul-voice resonates with you and vibrates out into the world creating change and wonder. Do not let others or your ego rob you of the chance to hear that voice because of theirfears. Fear is just a form of control.

The Soul has no fear, only certainty. The Soul has no need for guidance, for it knows all it needs. The Soul is truth, your truth. The Soul awaits.
