Self-Worth
Today, Master Chou will discuss the subject of self-worth. Many of us struggle with the idea that we are worthy and have value. Chou will explain what worth is and guide you through building your self-worth and a sense of personal value.
He will look at the building blocks - self-love, acceptance, and faith (in self) and the part they play in your ability to feel worthy. As well as the role your soul and spirit play in helping you. As always, Chou will engage the audience in a conversation, making it relevant to everyone present.

I listened to a couple of broadcasts where Sarah channelled Master Chou about the Soul and the Year of the Rat. I found them extremely insightful and inspirational. Master Chou is very clear and spends the time to ensure that everything is understood; he will clarify every question asked of him and pay great attention to detail. He also has a great sense of humour. I thoroughly enjoyed the broadcasts and gained a lot from them
After learning all about the Soul, we ended with a meditation. This really worked for me, I could physically feel full, this was great evidence of strengthening my Soul Connection. I was intrigued to hear Master Chou's insights on the Year of the Rat as I am a Rat. I must say he was spot on with the characteristics and the guidance towards dealing with the events and reactions for this year.
