My all-time favourite audio masterclass is the Art of Being Human. This master class completely changed my perspective on life through gaining more insight into the reasons for human suffering and practical ways that we can unlock suffering through our connection with ourselves (or, rather, our Soul). This has aided me significantly in my journey; I feel it was the point at which I began to understand so much about my own contribution to my suffering. And then, by making simple daily choices differently and setting clear intentions, my experience of being in the world is slowly transforming. Thank you, Master Chou and Sarah, the work you do has helped me grow exponentially, and I am finally beginning to learn how to heal myself.
