Event Description - Join Sarah and Master Chou for a thought-provoking and insightful talk about the inner child. Often spoken about, the "inner child" has several connotations and meanings.
Master Chou will explain the wounded inner child from an energetic and spiritual perspective. He will explain how trauma (as perceived by the child) creates an energetic split that can cause ripples throughout a person's life.
Master Chou will discuss the effects a wounded inner child creates defence mechanisms, repeating patterns and more. He will then talk about engaging and healing a wounded inner child to resolve the deep-seated wound and bring about true well-being.
Master Chou answered a few questions from the audience at the end.
