Take the time to heal. To step into balance and renewal. Your World relishes speed, immediacy, and the instantaneous. But your Soul does not. Your wounded inner child does not. They both need slow, steady, and patience. The Ego also enjoys the quick. It can mislead you and control you better in that quick-fire vibration. You have no time to think, to reflect; that gives it energy and courage. So it gets the upper hand. Life is too fast. The World is too fast. Slow down.
Meditation is part of the slow. Walking is part of the slow. Appreciation, engagement, and being present are all part of the slow. But the World says slow equals going nowhere. The Souls response is no - slow equals arriving with everything - complete, oneness, harmony and stillness. Speed is an illusion. Everything is blurry; there is no distinction, clarity, or recognition. How can you discern when you can not see.
Meditation and contemplation ask you to be still. To drop out of speed and into in-action. In-action is a place of vast possibilities, a place where all can happen. Answers can rise, solutions can appear, wounds can be healed, and you can be your true self. Slow down. Take a moment. Enjoy the minutes rather than focusing on the days and years. Your Soul will thank you for it and make those minutes rich.
Blessings

A lovely confirmation of what Im feeling. Doing what feels right for me and not allowing anyone to put pressure on me that I dont want. Slowing down helps me to see things clearly and absorb whats important.

Thank you this is such a wonderful reminder Today in fact I walked very slowly on the beach, watching the tide go in and out and look at the pebbles, these sort of moments are priceless and stillness indeed
